•All dresses we sell are ORIGINAL made by the designer.

•We are the first and ONLY DISTRIBUTOR in the Philippines of European Dress Designers in The Philippines!

•SOME DESIGNERS CAN MODIFY THE DESIGN. For example, make it short sleeves, remove sleeves, add sleves, make it a mermaid cut, make the train shorter or longer, change color, etc. But with an approval of the designer and at an additional cost.

•You can request for a digital sketch of the original or the modified dress for 2,000.00php

•If you didn't find the dress of your dreams in our website, you can send an inspiration/peg and one of our European Designers can customize for you using their available materials.

•BE CAREFUL of purchasing other dresses online that uses these designers' photos to sell for cheap knock offs! Read here

•Have the best bridal dress up experience in your life! We have 4 to 8 sample dresses from each designers (A total of around 70 dresses) can be viewed in actual and fit in our store by August 2020. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY at 2/F Il Terrazzo Mall Tomas Morato, Quezon City. Only Bride and Rose club members can be allowed to fit our dresses, to preserve the quality of our dresses. See membership plans here

•We have ALL THE STYLES (ex: body suit, ball gown, A-line, mermaid etc) in our store so you can check the best style that fits your body.

•All dresses includes the dress, and a dust bag. Some designers includes hanger. Ceremonial accessories, veil, and other essentials can be purchased in our store separately.

•Production time is 1 month to 4 months(including shipping). If the item is on stock, we can send it to you in 3 days after the payment. Regular shipping from Europe to Philippines is FREE and it takes around 3 weeks to 1 month.

•Rush orders are allowed. But you have pay a rush fee and shoulder the rush shipping method which is DHL which costs around 200$US depends on the design. It takes 5 to 7 days if no interuptions.

•WE OFFER ALTERATION SERVICE for an extra cost. So if you want a perfect fit, we suggest you order a larger size so that we have an allowance for adjustments. MAKE SURE YOU ORDER YOUR RIGHT SIZE!

•WE SHIP WORLDWIDE! Shipping fee outside the Philippines depends on the dress' weight and will cost about a minimum of 50$US per dress.

PAYMENT TERMS & INSTRUCTIONS

•We accept Paypal, Bank Transfer, Western Union, and Credit Card(via Paypal) ONLY. Dresses purchased via Cash On Delivery will not be honored. Transfer fees shall be shouldered by the client.

•Contact us at bride@brideandrose.ph  or at brideandrose@gmail.com after your successful purchase and send your instructions. Please attach proof of payment, order number, and your size(please refer to size chart posted together with the gown images). Please allow us to response with in 2 business days.

• We offer 50% Down Payment and 50% upon arrival of the dress in our store, with 12% Interest. Contact us if you want to avail this.
